• You have a Patient Portal “My NEBH Online” account and need your password to be reset
• You are experiencing an issue connecting to the patient portal.

Patient Access representative are available Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. You may leave a voicemail and someone will return your call as soon as possible.

Call your physician’s office for:

• Questions about the health information from your physician
• To request your physician’s office record
